Common Features and Options:
Imprinting: Price includes a one-color/one-side imprint. Please specify imprint position when ordering.
Set-Up Charge: Add $35.00(V) per color and/or side. Reorder set-ups add $12.50(V) per color/per side.
Additional Colors: Add $.20(P) per unit for each additional color/side.
Optional pop-off disks: Add $.10(P) per unit for blank disks. D101: Add $.20(P) per unit plus an additional $35.00(V) set-up for imprinted disks. MPC101: Add $.20(P) per unit plus an additional $35.00(V) set-up per each imprint position, either inside or outer ring.
Additional color for disks: Add $.10(P) per unit plus additional set-up for each color.
Other options: Add $.10(P) per unit for disk insertion.
Art: $31.25(V) minimum if not camera-ready.
Minimum Order: 100 units.
